摘要: The authors describe a novel family of versatile, cascadable, optical switches with different functional characteristics-latching, non-latching, and bistable-using single epitaxial structure based on the monolithic integration photothyristors surface-emitting lasers. High-performance switching characteristics have been achieved for all three switch archetypes. also demonstrate AND, OR, NAND, NOR INVERT logic functions using structures. >
