Interlayer exchange coupling in [Pt/Co]n/MgO/[Co/Pt]2 perpendicular magnetic tunnel junctions

摘要: In this paper, we present further study on the interlayer exchange coupling of [Pt/Co]n/MgO/[Co/Pt]2 perpendicular magnetic tunnel junctions. Antiferromagnetic couplings in are observed. The strength antiferromagnetic oscillates irregularly with repetition number n, that may be related to Ruderman-Kittel-Kasuya-Yosida (RKKY)-type ferromagnetic existing [Pt/Co]n hard layer. [Pt/Co]9/MgO(22 A)/[Co/Pt]2 junction reaches a maximum at 200 K, and decreases gradually increasing temperature. This thermal behavior enhanced anisotropy layer decreasing
