摘要: Hydroalcoholic extract from Inula helenium callus tissue showed remarkable reducing capacity. An HPLC/DAD analysis revealed the presence of numerous hydroxycinnamic acid derivatives, including chlorogenic (5-O-CQA, 0.1 % dry weight) and 3,5-dicaffeoylquinic (3,5-DCQA, 0.3 weight), which were among major constituents examined extract. Application a hyphenated chromatographic method—UHPLC/DAD/MSn—allowed identification sixteen compounds, derivatives caffeic acid. Apart compounds commonly found in sp., plant material contained eight conjugates with aldaric The aldarates constituted over 50 hydroxycinnamate fraction tissue. This is first report on occurrence caffeoylaldaric acids sp. culture.
