摘要: Abstract A series of ophiobolins were isolated from a fungal extract based on their nematocidal activity. These compounds are non-competitive inhibitors ivermectin binding to membranes prepared the free-living nematode, Caenorhabditis elegans, with an inhibition constant 15 μM. The which most potent in biological assays, ophiobolin C and M, also when evaluated C. elegans motility assay. data suggest that activity is mediated via interaction site. isolation, structure have been described.
