摘要: Runoff is one of the important hydrologic variables used in most water resources applications. The Soil Conservation Service-Curve Number (SCS-CN) method adopted for estimation surface runoff Mehadrigedda watershed area, Visakhapatnam district, India using multispectral remote sensing data, curve number approach and normal rainfall data. main source area by rain, it drains off only a little percolates into ground. weighted determined based on antecedent moisture condition (AMC)-II with an integration soil groups (HSGs) land use/land cover LULC categories. An integrated applied to delineate information as from NRSA classification. recording daily data during years 1997–2006 collected Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) rainguage center at Kottavalasa. It observed that annual rainfall-runoff relationship 1997–2006, which indicating overall increase area. Integration (RS) geographical infomation system (GIS) techniques provide reliable, accurate up-to-date resources.
