摘要: Remote sensing data and GIS techniques have been used to compute runoff soil erosion in the catchment area along NH-1A between Udhampur Kud covering an of approximately 181 km2. Different thematic layers, for example lithology, a landuse landcover map, geomorphology, slope soil-texture were generated from these input data. By use US Soil Conservation Service curve number method, estimated potential was classified into five levels—very low, moderate, high, very high. Data integration performed by weighting rating technique, conventional qualitative give index value. The values delineate zones, namely Annual spatial loss estimation computed using Morgan–Morgan–Finney mathematical model conjunction with remote techniques. Greater found occur northwestern part area. When average calculated it that maximum more than 20 t ha−1 occurred 31 km2
