摘要: We aimed to investigate whether swimming exercise could improve insulin resistance (IR) by regulating tripartite motif family protein 72 (TRIM72) expression and AKT signal pathway in rats fed with high-fat diet. Five-week-old were classified into 3 groups: standard diet as control (CON), (HFD), HFD plus (Ex-HFD). After 8 weeks, glucose infusion rate (GIR), markers of oxidative stress, mRNA TRIM72, IRS, p-AKTSer473, determined quadriceps muscles. Compared HFD, the GIR, muscle SOD, GSH-Px significantly increased (p < 0.05, resp.), whereas MDA 8-OHdG levels decreased 0.05 p 0.01) Ex-HFD. Expression TRIM72 muscles reduced 0.01), IRS-1, Ex-HFD compared 0.01, 0.05). These results suggest that an 8-week improves HFD-induced maybe through a reduction skeletal enhancement transduction.
