摘要: The endoplasmic reticulum (ER) makes physical contacts with mitochondria at specific sites, and the hubs between two organelles are called mitochondria-associated ER membranes (MAMs). MAMs known to play key roles in biological processes, such as intracellular Ca2+ regulation, lipid trafficking, metabolism, well cell death, etc. Studies demonstrated that dysregulation of significantly contributed insulin resistance. Alterations MAMs' juxtaposition integrity, impaired expressions signaling molecules, disruption homeostasis, compromised metabolic flexibility all actively involved above processes. In addition, exercise training is considered an effective stimulus ameliorate Although underlying mechanisms for exercise-induced improvement resistance not fully understood, may be critical beneficial effects exercise.
