摘要: Risk management seeks more and the mobilization of all citizens, including elected representatives inhabitants. Three-dimensional (3D) geovisualizations have been used between 2009 2017 in order to associate citizens flood mitigation policies along river Rhone. We focused our studies on effects 3D can communication understanding information their ability foster exchanges heterogeneous actors as well participation grand public planning processes. Facing both discrepancies scientific uses a lack validated theoretical elements, we resorted an exploratory method based grounded theory ethnographic observation produce empirical knowledge collective settings, (risk managers, representatives, citizens). Observation showed that be useful for dissemination about risk. Many observed were not anticipated during production geovisualizations. Qualitative analysis data through actor–network from perspective shed light some factors influencing roles help put into existing sometimes contradictory works geovisualizations’ uses.
