摘要: A b s t r a c synthetic catalytic oligonucleotide structure and nucleotides having the general structural formula (I) contains: in which B represents nucleoside base is particular selected from group comprising adenin-9-yl (A), cytosin-1-yl (C), guanin-9-yl (G), uracil-1-yl (U), uracil-5-yl (?), hypoxanthin-9-yl (I), thymin-1-yl (T) 2-aminoadenin-9-yl, V each nucleotide independently an O or CH2 group, X W can be same different are of other O, S, NH2, alkyl alkoxy groups with 1 to 10, preferably 4 carbon atoms, R hydrogen straight-chained branched alkyl, alkenyl alkinyl 10 atoms substituted, if desired, halogen, cyano, isocyano, nitro, amino, carboxyl, hydroxyl or/and mercapto groups, at least one residue suitable for cleavage nucleic acid target sequence.
