摘要: A method and system for determining a next best offer utilizes data layer, two consumer hubs, decision engine. The layer includes numerous sources of data, such as transaction past campaign response demographic predictive or propensity real-time website clickstreams. Separate hubs are used records that include personally identifiable information (PII) those do not. By using separate in this manner, online anonymous may be targeting marketing, but maintained separately from PII order to ensure the privacy is protected.
