摘要: This paper considers optimization of the user and base-station (BS) association in a wireless downlink heterogeneous cellular network under proportional fairness criterion. We first consider case where each BS has single antenna transmits at fixed power propose distributed price update strategy for pricing-based scheme, which users are assigned to based on value utility function minus price. The proposed algorithm is coordinate descent method solving dual maximization problem it rigorous performance guarantee. main advantage as compared an existing subgradient that independent parameter choices can be implemented asynchronously.
