摘要: Human glioma (U-118 MG and U-138 MG), human colorectal adenocarcinoma (HT-29), thyroid carcinoma (HTh 7), hamster embryonic lung (V79-379A) spheroids were irradiated with either single doses of 16 or 40 Gy fractionated eight times 5 Gy. Oxygen profiles in the measured microelectrodes at different following irradiation, these then compared oxygen parallel cultured nonirradiated spheroids. No significant radiation-induced changes seen any within first few days after irradiation. The did not show increase tension even longer times; however, they growth inhibited, number S-phase cells was strongly suppressed. Increases occur HT-29 V79-379A but only appeared more than a week when degeneration had started. Histological decrease diameter that started to degenerate about Thus radiation therapeutic range not, for studied, produce rapid increases tension. When change occurred, it rather late probably consequence cell degeneration.
