摘要: Unilateral hyphema, hematuria, and ecchymoses developed in a previously healthy 42-year-old women after the ingestion of aspirin ethanol. There was no evidence for ocular trauma, disease, or vascular malformation by slit-lamp examination gonioscopy. Platelet count coagulation tests were normal. The patient's bleeding time prolonged there impaired platelet aggregation. Delayed (secondary) aggregation response to collagen, adenosine diphosphate, epinephrine decreased, as induced thrombin serotonin. These data indicate that qualitative defect both Anterior chamber hemorrhage subsided discontinuation ethanol, hyphema subsequently resolved. Bleeding normal two weeks initial presentation. A association with count, prothrombin time, partial thromboplastin indicated defect, which is most commonly drug-induced. Defective function resulted spontaneous hyphema.
