摘要: BACKGROUND This study was designed to investigate the hepatoprotective effect of an extract from Shinzami, a variety purple sweet potato, in rats injured by hepatic ischaemia–reperfusion (I/R). RESULTS Pretreatment with Shinzami decreased aspirate aminotransferase and alanine serum levels our I/R rat model. The glutathione level superoxide dismutase activity were significantly higher pretreated compared rats, peroxidase rats. total anthocyanins extracted however, only increased Rats or demonstrated attenuated pathological changes, such as distortion, haemorrhage, necrosis inflammatory cell infiltration control rats. CONCLUSION Shinzami have on liver damage induced improving antioxidant status. Furthermore, may more potent status alone. © 2014 Society Chemical Industry
