Summary Intramammary and intravenous injections of 1-14C-palmitate were given to a lactating buffalo study the biosynthesis glycerides origin milk fat globule membrane (MFGM) mammary cell plasma membranes (MCPM) in milk. Both α-glycerol phosphate monoglyceride pathways for triglycerides appear be operative gland. After intramammary injection 1-14C-palmitate, maximal specific activities various classes lipids MCPM observed much earlier than those MFGM. The mean phosphatidyl serine, inositol choline identical MFGM MCPM, but ethanolamine sphingomyelins less MCPM. These results suggest that are precursors latter formed after slight modification phospholipids. Tras aparecian actividades especificas maximas diversos mucho antes plasmacelulares haptogenas. Las medias fosfatidilserina, fosfatidilinositol fosfatidilcolina eran igual grandes haptogenas glandulares, mientras menores fosfatidiletanolamina esfingomielinas glandulares. Estos resultados abogan favor glandulares son precursoras haptogenas, ultimas forman solo despues modificacion ligera espectro fosfolipidos.
