摘要: Abstract Fragmented fat globule membrane material, separated from thrice-washed globules, was ultracentrifugally classified into three fractions of 7,500 S (> 7,500), 230 (230 to and 35 (35 230) sedimentation characteristics. Their composition 82.5% protein 17.5% lipid for the fraction 44.7% 55.3% in frcation. The proportion polar lipids moieties decreased with increasing content. contained approximately 14% nitrogen varying amounts hexose (2.82 4.15%), hexosamine (2.48 4.17%), sialic acid (1.29 1.77%). These data indicate an glycoproteins successively lighter fractions. No appreciable differences amino were noted moieties. Electron micrographs revealed size structure particulate material. A proposed model membrane, as it exists milk, provides a or lipid-protein matrix which lipoprotein micelles are adsorbed.
