Flavonoid hesperidin protects neural crest cells from death caused by aflatoxin B1

摘要: The neural crest (NC) corresponds to a collection of multipotent and oligopotent progenitors endowed with both mesenchymal potentials. derivatives the NC at trunk level include neurons glial cells peripheral nervous system. Despite well-known influence aflatoxins on development cancer, issue whether they also has not been yet addressed. In present work, we have investigated effects aflatoxin B(1) quail concomitant flavonoid hesperidin associated this mycotoxin. We show for first time that decreases viability total number neuronal cells/field, although their proportions in relation were altered. Therefore, no effect differentiation. However, compound was able reduce proliferation survival. Furthermore, co-administration hesperidin, polyphenolic protector cell death, partially prevented . Taken together, our results demonstrate is toxic cells, an by hesperidin. This study may contribute understanding these compounds during early embryonic offer potentially more assertive diets treatments pregnant animals.
