摘要: AbstractThe aim of this work is to develop biodegradable nanoparticles for improved kidney bioavailability rhein (RH). RH-loaded were prepared using an emulsification solvent evaporation method and fully characterized by several techniques. Kidney pharmacokinetics was assessed implanting a microdialysis probe in rat's cortex. Blood samples simultaneously collected (via femoral artery) assessing plasma pharmacokinetics. Optimized small, with mean particle size 132.6 ± 5.95 nm, homogeneously dispersed. The charge on the particles nearly zero, encapsulation efficiency 62.71 ± 3.02%, drug loading 1.56 ± 0.15%.
