摘要: Histological, histochemical and electron microscopic techniques have been used to compare dilated normal calibre segments of ureter renal pelvis in cases idiopathic hydronephrosis primary obstructive megaureter. In both conditions a marked increase collagen elastic tissue occurs the wall distended segment this infiltration extends throughout proximal pelvis. Evidence is presented show that segment, smooth muscle cells are directly involved synthesis connective elements. These findings support view anomaly megaureter can be attributed malfunction However, possibility remains changes secondary induced by obstruction distension caused these pathological unknown aetiological factors.
