摘要: Mandibular first molars of mouse embryos were cultivated for examination the effects calcitonin (CT) and/or parathyroid hormone (PTH) on odontogenesis molars, and determination whether how CT, which is a PTH antagonist, has an influence effect odontogenesis. On second day, inner enamel epithelium in control group had already differentiated into pre-ameloblasts. Typical odontoblasts secreted layer predentin. fourth day culture, pre-ameloblasts achieved terminal differentiation secretory ameloblasts, dentin been deposited. (1 unit/mL) inhibited cultured during designated culture periods (two four days), while CT (0.5 stimulated development + showed intermediate stage between PTH-treated explants, but 4 it corresponded to that controls. Moreover, when exposed two days untreated treated with additional days, former produced small quantity matrix, latter formed large amount matrix. These histological findings also supported by morphometric analysis matrix molars. The present results suggest stimulates, suppresses, embryonic antagonist inhibitory
