摘要: The effects of parathyroid hormone (PTH), calcitonin (CT), 1,25(OH)2D3, and 24,25(OH) 2D3 on calcium transport through the secretory stage enamel organ were studied developing rat molars in vitro. 24,25(OH)2D 3 increased 45Ca uptake by explants. 24,25(OH)2 D3 plus PTH further enhanced resulted an increase net enamel.
