摘要: Abstract Background Most of the data about epidemiology, clinical presentation and treatment autoimmune pancreatitis (AIP) is based on case series or small study groups. We therefore analyzed all cases AIP treated at our clinic retrospectively. Methods searched database for diagnosis between January 2007 June 2014, selected patients with entered relevant information in a statistical analysis. Results In total 53 were institution, 62% type 1 23% 2 AIP. Gender distribution was male/female 3.1:1 1:1.2 The median age 63.0 32.5 years AIP, respectively. most common symptom abdominal pain particular whereas jaundice only apparent international diagnostic criteria seem to facilitate as unnecessary pancreatic surgery decreases. 62.6% therapy indicated 84.8% showed response initial steroids. Recurring disease occurred 28.3% but 3.8% suffered second relapse. Permanent maintenance steroids additional immunomodulatory drugs successful recurring disease.
