摘要: Synchronous daughter cells of Chlorella pyrenoidosa can be selected, on the basis their unique density, from cultures growing in continuous light by centrifugation to equilibrium aqueous Ficoll. The degree synchrony, as judged cell release data, is equivalent or better than that obtained intermittent-illumination procedures.
