摘要: Abstract Capillaries and venules of lateral nucleus rat thalamus contain three basement-membrane invested cell types distinct from endothelium smooth muscle. Proper pericytes differ pericytal microglia in amount and/or conformation granular ER, Golgi complexes, dense bodies, vacuoles vesicles. Pericytal intraparenchymal the absence microtubules presence large characteristic bodies. A third intrinsic vascular element, mast , contains specific cytoplasmic granules. All elements are altered during retrograde thalamic atrophy induced by corticectomy perivascular spaces widen. None shows evidence phagocytosis, however, all remain within basal lamina. Polymorphs present atrophying 3 days after operation but do not participate phagocytosis degenerating elements. Transvascular migration agranular leukocytes occurs between Fifth Tenth day corticectomy. Well-developed macrophages evident must derive cells to CNS.
