摘要: During the progression of cancer to advanced stages, highly malignant and metastatic tumor cells are thought arise within primary tumors become predominant. On basis this hypothesis, surgical specimens from patients at various clinical stages colorectal carcinomas were compared for a variety molecular phenotypes possibly related metastasis. As result, with increased potential poor prognosis have been characterized by expression sialyl-LeX antigens. Human colon carcinoma cell lines selected their high or low antigens on surfaces.
