摘要: This work addresses theory of nucleation and condensation based on the continuous Fokker-Plank type kinetic equation for distribution supercritical embryos over sizes beyond deterministic limit. The second part treats growth stage beginning Ostwald ripening. We first study in detail fluctuation-induced spreading size spectrum at stage. It is shown that should be generally obtained by convolution initial with Gaussian-like Green function dispersion. increase dispersion depends, however, index m as well space dimension, mode material influx. In particular, we find effect two-dimensional islands growing a constant influx huge m=1 but almost absent m=2. Analytical numerical solutions mean size, dispersion, are presented different cases. Finally, general condition ripening an open system discussed.
