摘要: Cladode explants of Opuntia amyclaea were cultivated in Murashige and Skoog medium with different supplements. Benzyladenine was necessary for shoot development from pre-existing buds. Axillary proliferation also stimulated subsequent subcultures the presence benzyladenine when apical meristem not present explant. The number shoots total dry weight maximum 5% sucrose medium. It found that satisfactory rooting occurred 5×10-5 M indole butyric acid added to Vascular contact between roots clearly shown by histological observations. micropropagation system developed here allows production 100 days 25 000 rooted plantlets a single cladode, stimulation axillary absence dominance.
