摘要: The purpose of this study was to examine the test–retest reliability and circadian variability an abbreviated, 15-s version Wingate Anaerobic Test (WAnT15). A total 35 healthy, physically-active subjects (20.2 ± 3.6 years) performed two WAnT15 tests, 24 h apart (Reliability phase; n = 18), on a different occasion morning evening (Circadian n = 17). In phase, tests 1–2 differences intra class correlations for peak power output (PPO) mean (MPO) were 0.22% 0.997 0.38% 0.996, respectively. fatigue index (FI) not found reliable. only PPO significantly changed between sessions (3.0%, p = 0.021). These findings suggest that shortened is highly reliable anaerobic test with <50% reported original, 30-s WAnT, in previous studies.
