摘要: The infection of the model organism Absidia glauca by P. parasitica is accompanied fusion both mycelia. By two lines evidence we were able to show that this process associated with transfer genes. First, auxotrophically labelled A. mutants are efficiently complemented as a consequence parasite's genetic material. Second, for plasmidcoded dominant marker (neomycin resistance), which expressed in either organism, proved presence plasmid DNA recombinant recipients molecular analysis at level. We propose term para-recombinants describing inter-generic chimaerae, generated mycoparasitism.
