摘要: In order to evaluate the reduction in cost of testing for antibodies against hepatitis C (EIA) by pool method, we tested serum samples from a rural population and patients hemodialysis program. Two thirds high risk groups were positive. Pooling reduced reagent use 80% 13% patients. We conclude that reduces anti-HCV detection low-risk groups.
