摘要: A new constitutive model based on the combination of Garofalo and Hensel-Spittel equations has been used to describe plastic flow behavior an AA6005 aluminum alloy tested in torsion. The analysis experimental data by resulted excellent description curves. equation was then rewritten explicitly include Arrhenius term describing temperature dependence deformation. calculation indicated that activation energy for hot working slowly decreased with increasing strain, leading thermally activated softening. combined use torsion testing led development a which can be safely adopted computer code simulate forging or extrusion.
