Flow stress behavior and constitutive modeling of 20MnNiMo low carbon alloy

摘要: The hot deformation behavior of 20MnNiMo low carbon alloy was investigated by isothermal compression tests over wide ranges temperature (1223-1523 K) and strain rate (0.01-10 s-1). According to the experimental true stress-true data, constitutive relationships were comparatively studied based on Arrhenius-type model, Johnson-Cook (JC) model artificial neural network (ANN), respectively. Furthermore, predictability developed models evaluated calculating correlation coefficient (R) mean absolute relative error (AARE). results indicate that flow stress is significantly influenced temperature. Compared with ANN more efficient has much higher accuracy in describing during compressing for alloy.
