摘要: The role of dopamine (DA) in the development prefrontal cortex (PFC) was investigated by depleting dopaminergic innervation PFC. A new stereotaxic procedure made it possible to produce small lesions 1-day-old rats confined A10 group cell bodies ventral tegmentum, from which projection PFC originates. variety revealed a clear topographical organization efferent connections tegmental area (VTA) cortex. As far as we know literature data presented this study are first direct indication neurotrophic for When depleted birth on, lesioning cells origin on postnatal day 1, cortical thickness medial reduced about 6%. Although coagulative tegmentum cause also depletion serotonin, reduction seems be rather result absence during its development. This is indicated significant dysgranular part somatosensory cortex, receives serotonergic but no innervation.
