摘要: Normal mice (+/+) and homozygous weaver mutant (wv/wv) at 1 year of age were used for three-dimensional computer-aided reconstructions the nucleus accumbens (NA) neostriatum (ST) quantitative estimations total number medium-sized neurons in NA ST, tyrosine hydroxylase (TH)-containing ventral tegmental area (VTA) substantia nigra (SN). The showed that ST are smaller than they +/+. Quantitative volumetric measurements wv/wv +/+ by nonsignificant differences 14% 13%, respectively. group statistically significant depletion all four structures. On average, reduced 27%, 22%, VTA-TH 40%, SN-TH 79%. In animals, there was a high positive correlation (r = 0.836) between numbers moderate 0.534) SN-VTA neurons. nuclei TH-containing had same diameters, but contained larger Cytoarchitectonic control also similar. contains more densely packed with those ST.
