摘要: Although caused by vastly different pathogens, the world's three most serious infectious diseases, tuberculosis, malaria, and HIV-1 infection, share common problem of drug resistance. The pace development has been very slow for tuberculosis malaria rapid HIV-1. But each disease, resistance to drugs appeared quickly after introduction drug. Learning how manage prevent is a major medical challenge that requires an understanding evolutionary dynamics pathogen. This Review summarizes similarities differences in evolution these pathogens.
