摘要: Human Papillomavirus (HPV) is reported in 60-100% of cervical adenocarcinoma (CADC) globally. We investigated this relationship a hospital-based survey China. 718 CADC samples from nine Chinese regions were analysed. Expert pathologists reviewed cases with p16 and progesterone receptor immunostaining. Cases tested for HPV using whole-tissue sections (WTS) laser-capture microdissection. All HPV-tested by L1 based broad-spectrum SPF10 -DEIA-LiPA25 PCR. Negative DNA adequacy E6 oncogene, type-specific PCRs. Using WTS-PCR showed overall 75% HPV-positivity (33-100% different histological types). LCM-PCR that none minimal deviation or serous CADC, <10% all clear cell endometrioid HPV-positive tumour cells. Usual adenosquamous single genotype 60 78% cases. In some cases, was found adjacent cervix but not tumour. 16, 18 45 accounted 90% Patients tumours on average 6 years younger presented at lower clinicopathological stage as compared to patients HPV-negative cancers. diverse pathologically status. Special histopathological tumor subtypes may develop through cellular molecular pathways. Between 20 40% usual types, particular these diagnosed older women advanced FIGO stages, are driven oncogenic HPV. be involved carcinogenisis maybe lost during progression.
