摘要: Research has examined the role of social media during time a crisis in various fields; however, there is paucity research this area as it relates to tourism. Moreover, few studies have at-risk populations, such tourists, times crisis. To assess drivers turning crisis, national survey 1,018 African American travelers was conducted. Respondents were asked indicate on 5-point scale likelihood for information “if they currently middle their trip and heard that just occurred within immediate vicinity current location.” Hierarchical regression analysis conducted determine travelers’ decisions use These age, perceptions risk trip, frequency type engaged regular basis. Overall, findings suggested when controlling age only, crime, financial, physical drove while perception risk, one's daily life showed no influence.
