摘要: Abstract In this work, we report the study on effect of fabrication factors influencing structures and morphologies chitosan cellulose acetate blend hollow fibers as adsorptive membranes to achieve highly porous macrovoids-free with different pore sizes. The investigated include (CS) (CA) concentrations in spinning dope solutions, composition external internal coagulants. For CA concentration at 12–18 wt% CS up 4 wt% were successfully prepared outer surface sizes, specific areas porosities range 0.54–0.049 μm, 10.4–14.5 m 2 /g 80.6–70.4%, respectively, depending amounts solutions coagulants used. Water, a weaker coagulant, can be used both process resultant CS/CA showed spongy-like, relatively uniform which are desirable for membranes. By increasing alkalinity coagulants, coagulation rate was increased observed form denser layers have smaller sizes slightly greater areas, due stronger effect. Particularly, when NaOH (1–3 wt%) examined more larger macrovoids formed near lumen side increase low (
