摘要: A large body of evidence has implicated abnormal functioning the prefrontal cortex (PFC) in pathophysiology schizophrenia (Robbins 1996; Andreasen et al. 1997; Winterer and Wvneinberger 2004; Lewis Moghaddam 2006). These abnormalities are found at molecular functional levels thought to be basis cognitive deficits individuals with schizophrenia. However, little is known about physiological mechanisms that contribute this malfunction. Here we review some literature points PFC recent theories unify multimodal postmortem findings
