摘要: A new polyketide glycoside, cladionol (1), was isolated from the cultured broth of a fungus Gliocladium sp., which separated sea grass Syringodium isoetifolium, and structure elucidated by spectroscopic data. The relative stereochemistry C-2-C-3 assigned mainly J-based configuration analysis, while those two sugar units were to be beta-mannopyranoside arabitol on basis NOESY data and/or 1H-1H couplings. Furthermore, absolute mannose moiety determined as D-form chiral HPLC analysis benzoyl derivative acid hydrolysate 1. Cladionol (1) exhibited modest cytotoxicity.
