摘要: Deep brain stimulation (DBS) is a surgical treatment involving the implantation of medical device called pacemaker, which sends electrical impulses to specific regions for movement disorders. Because small size target and possible shift deep structures due air invasion when dura opened, intra-operative adjustment approach often necessary. Knowledge about position optic tracts gained from measurements useful placement guidance. Pre-operative knowledge location may not only help programming DBS implant but also prove in estimating shift. In this article we present an automatic method localize MR/CT.
