摘要: Segmentation of organs sight such as the eyeballs, lenses, and optic nerves is a time consuming task for clinicians. The small size similar density surrounding tissues make segmentation difficult. We developed new algorithm to segment these with minimal user interaction. needs only three seed points fit an initial geometrical model start effective segmentation. clinical evaluation shows that output our method useful in practice.
