摘要: Trace element levels in fish are of particular interest, owing the potential risk to human health. In accordance, juveniles Dicentrarchus labrax and Liza aurata were sampled arsenic, cadmium, chromium, selenium zinc determined muscle. The trace elements muscle demonstrated be similar for both species sites, with exception at reference, which seemed higher D. labrax. Moreover, apart from arsenic muscle, all conformity existent regulatory guidelines consumption. dietary intake each was also calculated, showing intakes above recommended allowances. Nevertheless, no speciation carried out thus accurate evaluation could established. Additionally, never exceeded allowances more than five times, considered safe.
