摘要: Abstract Cancer is one of the most devastating diseases and occurs with higher frequency as we age. Indeed, important risk factors for solid cancers It very difficult to define what links aging cancer, considering existence multiple different cancers, time needed their development, multi-hit theory carcinogenesis. Recently, eight hallmarks cancer have been identified: these include having ability sustain proliferative signaling, evade growth suppressors, resist cell death, enable replicative immortality, induce angiogenesis, activate invasion metastasis, reprogram energy metabolism, escape immune response. The system seems play a crucial role in control development progression through its mount an appropriate response, but it also favors by participating chronic inflammation. apparent disequilibrium between retaining relatively reactive innate response developing severely altered adaptive leads low-grade inflammatory status commonly observed elderly, termed inflammaging . Although cause this increased basal state certainly multifactorial, likely that causes antigenic stimulation. Thus, chapter will review age-related dysregulated immunity tumorigenesis.
