Predictive factors of quality of life among systemic lupus erythematosus patients in Thailand: a web-based cross-sectional study

摘要: This study aimed to assess mental health status (depression, anxiety, and stress) explore factors associated with the disease-specific quality of life among Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) patients in Thailand. cross-sectional used an online convenience sampling 650 SLE who were registered members Thailand Club. The survey comprised demographic information, history, Depression, Anxiety, Stress Scale (DASS), Quality Life (LupusQoL). response rate was 61.2%. Out 344 respondents, most female (96.9%). scores suggestive presence mild depression stress, but moderate anxiety. higher depression, stress levels lower education income (r =  − .14 to − .29, p < .01) number symptoms (r = .17 .33, p < .05). Better significantly related symptoms, stress/anxiety/depression, education, better income. Also, longer kept out hospital (last hospitalization), their life. By using hierarchical multiple regression, four predictors identified; depression. These combined explained 51% variance, F(5,108) = 24.34, p < .001, adjusted R2 = .51. To improve life, should focus on self-management symptoms. Health care providers include self-care plan care.
