摘要: Background: The studies of association disease activity and damage with health-related quality life (HRQOL) in lupus have shown equivocal results has not been studied Thailand. Objective: To examine the HRQOL to between SLE severity (disease damage) Thai patients. Material Method: Short Form-36 (SF-36) was applied 95 consecutive At time assessment, all patients were evaluated for [disease as measured by Mexican Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Disease Activity Index (Mex-SLEDAI) International Collaborating Clinic/American College Rheumatology (SLICC/ACR) index (SDI)]. physical (PCS) mental component summary (MCS) SF-36 examined Pearson’s correlation. Results: Ninety-five (93 females 2 males) included (mean age 39.84 + 10.91). mean duration 115 83 months. scores MCS PCS 45.5 9.5 41.1 9.3, respectively. higher SDI correlated lower but (PCS, r = -0.411, p < 0.001).
