摘要: The invention provides stabilized, biocompatible gold nanoparticles that are stabilized with material from epigallocatechin Gallate (EGCg), which is a polyphenols- or flavanoids-rich plant can be obtained green tea. EGCg an antioxidant reducing agent derived of the radioactive non and formed via simple room temperature fabrication method. In preferred embodiment method making, aqueous solution containing salts provided. mixed in buffer, such as deionized water. react to form coating EGCg. thermodynamically feasible redox couple AuCl4-EGCg leading reduction AuCl4- by nanoparticles. another embodiment, pre-cooled salt solutions multi-layered coated particles.
