摘要: A canine blood group antigen, QN, which was detected by a naturally occurring alloantibody in the antiglobulin test, shown to be antigenically related human and cattle J antigens absorption experiments. Family studies supported dominant mode of inheritance with gene controlling production QN being responsible for its absence. Frequencies Tr serological data strongly suggested that two are identical. Two plasma alkaline phosphatase variants, F S, were starch gel electrophoresis, pH 8.65. Assuming genetic control codominant alleles, ALPF ALPS, distributions types families differed significantly from expectation. relationship between ALP Tr(QN) systems demonstrated Tr-positive animals having significant deficiency S types.
