摘要: Summary The principles for estimating gene frequencies in complex blood group systems by the allocation method are discussed. This numerical is simpler than maximum likelihood method, but gives same estimate. It shown that there some cases which application of a previous description incorrect results. The discussed how family information may be included estimation process order to obtain more precise estimates.
